2. Booking and Payments
2.1. Bookings can be made via our website, WhatsApp, email, or in person.
2.2. A deposit may be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
2.3. Full payment is due prior to the commencement of the tour unless otherwise agreed.
2.4. Payment methods include cash, bank transfer, or any other agreed-upon method.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1. Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour will be eligible for a full refund of the deposit.
3.2. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will incur a cancellation fee.
3.3. No-shows will not be eligible for a refund.
3.4. Refunds for private or customized tours are subject to specific terms agreed upon at the time of booking.
4. Changes and Amendments
4.1. Majestic Trips reserves the right to amend or cancel tours due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or government restrictions.
4.2. In such cases, we will offer an alternative date or a full refund.
4.3. Customers may request changes to their bookings, subject to availability and possible additional charges.
5. Responsibilities and Liabilities
5.1. Majestic Trips is not responsible for delays, accidents, or injuries caused by third-party providers.
5.2. It is the responsibility of the customer to carry valid travel documents, including passports and visas.
5.3. Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance to cover any unforeseen circumstances.
6. Health and Safety
6.1. Customers must inform us of any medical conditions or dietary restrictions before the tour.
6.2. Participants must adhere to safety guidelines provided during activities and excursions.
6.3. Majestic Trips reserves the right to refuse service to individuals who appear unfit to participate in activities.
7. Use of Personal Information
7.1. Any personal information provided to Majestic Trips will be used solely for booking purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
7.2. By providing your contact information, you agree to receive communication from us regarding your bookings and promotional offers.
8. Intellectual Property
8.1. All content on the Majestic Trips website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Majestic Trips and may not be used without prior written consent.
9. Governing Law
9.1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Egypt.
9.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in the courts of Egypt.
